             Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 – 7:00pm
                                                      
Although the purpose of the challenge is to motivate each participant to obtain their
best possible body before summer by losing unwanted pounds; the real purpose
behind this challenge is to educate them on how to achieve long-term wellness by
exercising and eating a nutritional balanced diet. Group will get together twice per
week to exercise (power walk & weight), a lesson on nutrition and to weigh in.
Penalty of $1 for any weekly pound gain and $5.00 for any missed session
will be added to the pot!

After my success with BBWLC #1, I am even more excited to join BBWLC #2!

BBWLC brought significant changes to my life. As you already know, I lost 18 lbs. and 10.5 inches
during the six weeks!! My self-esteem and confidence has definitely increased; not to mention,
shopping is once again a great experience. Losing 18 lbs. helped me go from a size 18 to a size
12!!

Physically, I feel I have more energy to keep up with my 6 year old boy! Endurance has also
increased. Prior to joining BBWLC, I would go to the hike/bike trail to walk/jog/run approximately 3
miles. It used to take me about 1 hr. and 20 mins., but now that I am able to run/jog more, I can
complete it in about 45 minutes!

I am also appreciative of the nutritional information I obtained through BBWLC. It has helped me
make better decisions when selecting foods containing the right nutritional value and the times at
which I eat/snack on food! I am proud to say that so far I have been able to change and keep my
new healthy eating habits which I hope will diminish the probability of having health problems
such as high blood pressure and diabetes recently seen with some of my relatives.
