advance; these participants also receive nutritional guidance.

Motivational and fun one hour class that will help you burn LOTS of calories
(especially around your waist line) and get toned-up as you learn the basic steps for these two
rhythms. Besides learning Merengue & Salsa basic steps this class targets all muscle groups;
chest, shoulders, arms, abs, & legs. Its creator, Monique Pena, a Certified Personal &
GroupTrainer, was born in the Dominican Republic and with this class she mixed two of her
greatest passions: Exercising & Dancing, so be ready to burn calories, have fun, and get in
